Role: Consultant / Business Analyst – System Selection, System Advisory, Business Process Improvement & System Implementation 

As a Solution Minds consultant you will be part of a high performance organisation working on an array of business improvement engagements.
This role involves providing support on our enterprise software (e.g. ERP, CRM, HR/Payroll, etc.) advisory projects. You’ll be working on activities like market research, report and presentation development, project scoping, systems strategy, business requirements definition, system gap analysis, system evaluation, deal negotiation, implementation planning and business case development. Additionally, the role involves providing project support on enterprise system implementation projects, such as ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft AX, Navision, Epicor, etc.) and process optimisation engagements. You will recognise business problems, identify opportunities for improvement and work with stakeholders to develop solutions. You’ll work on activities like business analysis, process mapping and improvement, data migration, system testing, documentation and training. 
This position provides an excellent opportunity to work with a deeply experienced team and become an expert in the enterprise software market as well as understand the full lifecycle of system implementations and process improvement while developing project management skills. 

Requirements
As well as having the right skills to excel, candidates must have: 
• At least 3 years of relevant experience obtained working as an ERP solution consultant, business analyst or system analyst 
• Possess a strong academic record, preferably with a degree in business or information systems. Additional post graduate qualifications (e.g. Masters) will be considered favourably
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (this is a critical requirement so please don’t apply if you have any doubts)
• Australian working visa or residency
