Solution Minds was engaged to help Programme Group implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Eclipse was the Implementation Partner) in three of their businesses. The project was delivered successfully, on-time and budget, in April 2010 with Solution Minds filling a number of important client-side roles on the project including: Project Governance & Guidance; Vendor Mgt.; Project Mgt.; Business Analysis/Process Improvement; Change Mgt. ; Data Migration Mgt. and execution; Testing Mgt.; and Training Co-ordination.
