Silver Chain is one of the largest providers of community, residential and health services in WA, with approximately 2,500 employees, assisting over 39,000 people each year.

Silver Chain needed to select an integrated ERP solution and Solution Minds facilitated and managed the process from inception to completion. We utilised Technology Evaluation Centres state-of-the-art decision support tool – TEC Advisor – to deliver the project efficiently and effectively. We helped to determine to: Conduct market research; Document detailed business requirements; Prioritise needs; Map processes; Prepare a comprehensive request for proposal; Develop tailored demonstration scenarios; Manage the vendors; Prepare an evaluation report and business case for Board approval. The project has been deemed a success by Silver Chain and are now moving into the implementation phase with Solution Minds to assist by providing a raft of client-side services.
