- He uses best-in-class software to deliver robust strategic models, budgeting, forecasting and business intelligence solutions to enable better utilisation of data assets for improved information for more effective decision making.
- He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Perth before moving to the UK and founding a performance management consulting business that was the predecessor of Solution Minds.
- He has a Masters of Finance, a Business degree and is a qualified Company Director.
Jamon Johnston
- Jamon is a director and owner of Solution Minds
- He leads Solution Minds’ Enterprise Software/Business Improvement team.
- He has 19 years of consulting experience, including 11 years with Andersen and Deloitte Consulting, where he was a Director until 2006.
- He specialises in providing independent strategic advice in the selection and implementation of new enterprise software (e.g. ERP, HR, Payroll, CRM, EAM, BI, etc.) and business process optimisation to improve performance.
- He has many years of hands-on enterprise software implementation experience as a functional consultant, ten years as a project manager and in the past four years has focused on providing project governance, vendor management and QA services.
- He also has a proven track record of setting-up and leading enterprise software projects to successful outcomes, with experience of over 50 projects in this space, across Australasia and Europe, for companies such as Boeing, KCGM, Woodside, Western Power, Straits Resources, Silver Chain, JP Kenny, Nomad Building, Neptune Marine Services, Programmed Group, Universal Pictures, Garuda Airlines, ABN AMRO, News International, British Rail, Securitas, Scottish Telecom and Sharp.
- He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick in the UK, a post graduate diploma in Information Systems and a Business degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
